There are any number of jokes that can be made about a person suffering from a migraine, not the least of which is the whole PITA comment. I've had migraines and cluster headaches since I was 11.

Part of the problem is that many people, perhaps half, don't realize they have migraine headaches, said Dr. Frederick J. de la Vega, a neurologist with Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla in San Diego.
