Wow...I'm all jealous...your church has a singles program.
when your last name means 'man of the cross' in German you get invited to a lot of church socials.
The Top 10 other things that First Baptist Church Nashville and Apple computer have in common:
10. Both inspire fierce loyalty to a visionary leader
9. Both maintain consistent branding and "product" message in spite of populist opposition
8. Wouldn't want to be stranded on a desert island without what either one provides
7. Both provide exceptional music experiences
6. Don't see Steve Wozniak around either place much these days
5. Without them, Patrick Watts would probably spend even more time blogging about lactose-free restaurants
4. Experiencing both produces a feeling of general well-being and thankfulness to God
3. Both are significantly more user-friendly than the alternatives
2. Nashville would be a much nicer place to live if more people were into them

From what I gather, we have a very good singles program.
I, of course, being the Barren Married Woman have not participated. Although my failure to wear my wedding ring caused at least one blogger to think I was single, and ask why I wasn't in the singles group.
Hubby, who exactly is the visionary leader at fbc? Christ or Frank? Please tell me you meant Christ.
