Slow Day, Fight With Yourself

Aunt B. is still on vacation, things are slow at NiT and Pith, and no one EVER comments at Kleinheider's.

So I found this baby to fight with:

Try it. It's fun.

Yeah, I don't why that is. I mean I don't have an inordinate amount of readers but my visitors do tend to be the strong silent types. Ya know, like me :)

It's weird, how you can have the most controversial posts and no one will say anything. It's like Tombstone.

It must be because in their heart they know I'm right. They know that were they to engage I would smack them down viciously with my superior intelligence, writing, and wit. That, or they figure that arguing with a crazy man would only make them look crazy. Personally, I favor the former theory but I suppose it's probably a combo ;)

It's like Tombstone.

Ooo, I wanna be Doc Holliday!

"Why Katherine Coble! You Madcap! Where you goin' with them snarky comments?"

Maybe they don't comment because you've been on this wild tear of adapting popular culture moments to drive home your point. It's like you're starring in everyone's movie, you Chauncey Gardiner, you.

And yes, Tombstone was Val Kilmer's finest hour.

My old Mac Quadra used to play that as my mail alert on Eudora.

This was my error sound.

I have no life.

Katherine,
Where did you find that? That's hilarious. I swear I had the same idea only a week ago. I've noticed how canned so many of the rants are, I wondered if they could be auto generated and made to sound real. Only I don't have the computer experience to write a program like this.

Scary, but the autorants sound too much like the real ones. Makes me wonder if DU is really just a network of servers set to auto.
