iMac Update

Stitch (My iMac) is back in the saddle, thanks to a very patient Tim who was willing to sheperd her forth and back to the Apple Store.

Apparently her problem was a faulty logic board. Good thing it's still under warranty, because that's a $700 *gulp* part. I guess the "bad memory" error was a red herring.

I've gotta say, even Apple technical support is head-and-shoulders above its PC counterpart. The last time my PC needed a repair I literally had to take it to the service center five times before they correctly identified and solved the problem. With Apple: One trip, immediate (correct) diagnosis and less than 24 hours of total downtime. Everything fully covered under warranty. It just works...

Congrats! I'm glad you got Stitch back. Tim is awesome. You two are such good marketers for Macs, they should hire you. Then you could get the Coble Nerdplex off the ground.
