They're suspending students for viewing a MySpace page. What's next? Do we suspend kids who read Mein Kampf or The Little Red Book?

Good grief...I can see suspending the kid who put up the posting but the kids for reading it?!? Come on!
Is it bad that I can't get past the name of the school?
Seriously, there's no way to enforce a policy about reading these postings.
I love that they're investigating to see if this is a hate crime.
If the guy threatened to kill her because she's Jewish, it's a hate crime.
If the guy threatened to kill her simply because he wants her dead, it's not a hate crime.
Such absurdity.
