It's been widely passed around -- even I have a copy, and I'm not really part of the file-sharing universe. I think the now-defunct cable channel Trio may have shown it as part of a feature on unsold TV pilots.
TRIO has been showing a lot of pilots and shows that got cancelled early on a show called Brilliant But Cancelled.
